How to get there

								By Tube: 
Elephant & Castle is the closest station to the Hour Glass Hotel. You can catch a train on the Bakerloo Line or the Northern Line from this underground station. 

By Bus and On Foot: 
Elephant & Castle station is about a 10-minute walk from the Hour Glass Hotel and because this area is so well served by buses, we recommend that you take bus 343 from London Bridge or Elephant & Castle towards New Cross Gate. Get off at Alsace Road. We are across the road. 
							

Important Information

								Full payment will be expected upon arrival.

If arriving after outside of the check-in times, please contact the hotel for special check-in arrangements. No check-in can be made between 00:00 (midnight) and 08:00.

							

Terms and conditions of cancellation

								Cancellation Policy: If cancelled  up to 3 days before date of arrival,  no fee will be charged.
If cancelled  later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.  

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT  is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby and charges are applicable.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.


The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
