Hotel description

								Privately owned and run hotel, a winner of a national Award for the best private Hotel in London organised by 'AA'. Within easy walking distance from West Kensington Underground Station and main bus routes.
 
The Avonmore is a traditional Victorian period house which has been converted into a private and intimate B&B. We won the National Award for the best Private Hotel in London organised by 'AA' and we are awarded Three stars for high quality accommodation and services. It is located in a quiet, leafy residential street in Kensington, close to Kensington High Street and within 4 minutes walking distance to public transport (underground trains and buses).  Olympia Exbibition Centre is only four minutes walk away and Earls Court Exhibition Hall only 10 minutes walk away.
Staying at the Avonmore Hotel, you have the best of both worlds: the charm of living amongst real Londoners and yet you are only a few minutes from the centre. Each bedroom has been tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished to make your stay as relaxing as possible.  All our rooms are equipped with modern facilities, such as colour TV and wireless internet connection.
 To start your day on a sound and healthy footing, our friendly staff serve English breakfast in the cheerful breakfast room. Breakfast begins with fresh juices, a selection of breads and your choice of cereals. Fresh jams and marmalade's are also served. You may then have a full cooked breakfast, consisting of bacon, your preferred choice of eggs, sausages, tomatoes and beans. To accompany, we serve freshly brewed tea and coffee. Breakfast is included in the tariff and of course if you have any special dietary requirements, we will do our best to satisfy them. Just let us know. And at the end of a tiring day, you can relax in the bar where a wide range of drinks are available - a perfect place to meet up with friends.

								Avonmore is located in central London, district Kensington. The closest major roads are: Kensington High Street - which takes you to Kensington Gardens with Kensington Palace - 15 minutes walk, also it takes you to Harrods, Knightsbridge (10 minutes by bus), Cromwell Road - with many Museums like Albert & Victoria, National History Museum, Science Museum, Geological Museum. Cromwell Road to the west - takes you to Heathrow( 20 minutes by car).
We have both Exhibition Halls within walking distance of our hotel: Olympia Exhibition Centre - four minutes walk and Earls Court Exhibition Hall - 10-15 minutes walk. Queens Tennis Club, where you have tennis tournament just before the Wimbledon tennis tournament.

How to get there

								The Avonmore is within easy walking distance from West Kensington Underground Station and main bus routes. The Hotel is ideally situated for visiting the sites of London such as The Royal Albert Hall, Harrods, the West End and the famous museums in South Kensington. The location is very convenient for both the Olympia Exhibitions Hall, which is adjacent to the accomodation and the Earls Court Exhibitions Centre which is only a short walk away. Terms and conditions of cancellation

								Cancellation Policy: If cancelled  up to 21 days before date of arrival,  no fee will be charged.
If cancelled  later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT  is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.
